Our Mission

“To impart education and foster empowerment in underserved communities through world-class schooling, health awareness, and skills development.”

The Story of Our Roots: Serving the Unreached

The true inspiration for the Olive Groves Educational Society was born out of a profound need witnessed in our own community. We saw firsthand a heartbreaking barrier to quality education: young children, irrespective of their age, undertaking arduous journeys simply to access a decent school. Children were leaving their homes in the rural locality at 7 AM and returning exhausted, often past 7 PM, having spent a disproportionate amount of their day traveling rather than learning or resting.

We knew this constant travel time was unsustainable and served only to drain the potential of bright, eager minds. Our shared commitment—to reduce that exhausting travel time and provide world-class education right in their neighborhood—became our singular focus.

Driven by this clear mission, and backed by our personal expertise in both technology and education, we acted as self-driven investors. With our own savings and the crucial support of our founding team—Vice President Yadala Divya Teja, Joint Secretary M. X. Praveen Kumar, Treasurer Burri Prasanth, Organising Secretary Damanuru Ganesh, and Executive Members Yadala Ratna Teja and L. Ravi—we launched our first institution: the Olive Groves Elementary School, catering to children from Nursery to 5th Class.

We were further inspired by the encouragement of local parents, Mr. Shaik Hameed and Tipireddy Veera Reddy, who graciously allowed us to begin operations on the ground floor of their residences, planting the first “olive grove” of our educational society.

Our vision extends beyond the children. Recognizing the immense untapped potential in our area, we are equally committed to empowering women from the rural background to become excellent teachers. Utilizing our dual expertise, we train and build educators to meet the current standards of modern education and technology.

Now, as we look ahead, we are seeking support to accelerate this mission: to establish as many accessible schools as possible and, in parallel, to empower a growing generation of women in teaching, transforming communities one school and one teacher at a time.
