Why Our Model Works: A Success Story

Case Study: A. Sai Kumar

Sai Kumar lived in a remote village near Khammam and lost his father when he was young, leaving his mother struggling with farm work. Despite being a bright student, the cost of school fees and books in the city was prohibitive, forcing him to attend a low-quality, distant local school.

Hearing about the Olive Groves Fee Scheme, his mother enrolled him. As a single-parent child, Sai Kumar immediately received a 50% fee concession. This support drastically reduced the family’s financial burden and, more importantly, allowed Sai Kumar to attend a world-class school closer to home, cutting his exhausting commute by hours.

Within two years, Sai Kumar’s confidence soared. The exposure to STEM labs and coding workshops awakened a hidden aptitude for technology. He now serves as the technical lead for the school’s robotics club, demonstrating that when the financial barriers are removed, rural children can compete with the best. Sai Kumar is now preparing for state-level science competitions, living proof that our inclusive model doesn’t just enroll children—it empowers them to achieve excellence.

We are thrilled to announce the expansion of the Olive Groves Educational Society with four new residential high schools. These schools will bring our commitment to world-class, residential education to more students in rural areas.

Each of these institutions will operate as a State Board Residential School, providing a structured and immersive learning environment.
